We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Cash on Delivery is available in select cities.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to make changes or cancel.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will delivery take?
Major cities: 2–4 business days. Other areas: 4–7 business days.

Q: How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Free shipping on orders over PKR [your threshold].

Q: Do you ship internationally?
We mainly ship within Pakistan, but can arrange international shipping upon request.

Q: Are your bags under warranty?
Yes, 6-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

Q: How do I choose the right bag?

Q: How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with mild soap and soft cloth. Avoid machine washing.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty.

Q: How long for a refund?
5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
